This weekend was all about prepping for the 21 Day Ultimate Reset. I am super excited to start - always up for a challenge and to give health to my body. I'm looking forward to trying recipes that I would normally not try and bring in some new techniques to my kitchen. The program is 3 weeks:

I have all of my supplements and the daily schedule makes it so easy to know when to take them. With week 1 we start with mineralize, optimize, alkalinize, and soothe. And tons and tons of water!!!

So I made the week 1 meal plan a little simpler for myself just becuase I am so busy! I am doubling up on some of the recipes so I will make double portions for myself and save half for the next day. So you actually get alot more variety than what is above, but I like to keep things simple :) On day 1 salmon is included for dinner & eggs for 2 early breaskfasts, but then it is a completely vegan program. I will also be incorporating my Vegan Shakeology for the snack - again to make this super easy and so I don't have to think about what to have for the optional daily snack. My one stop superfood 30 sec. powerhouse shake!
I'll be blogging more as we go along on my results, how I am incorporating my green juice, and what exercises I am doing (you need to keep it gentle to let your body focus on healing and detox - think walking and restorative yoga.)
